FOUNDER MARLOW GISH

As a self-made man, Marlow Gish understood the challenges involved in creating, sustaining, and increasing corporate market share and in 2012 founded Professional Analytical Services (“PAS” and “we”) to streamline a uniform process of analytics for companies to develop stronger market share and penetration in both the public and private arena.

Gish has structured PAS as a holding company, parent to five independent subsidiary trusts:

  • Gish Analytics Trust to redesign corporate structural agility, sustainability, extensibility, predictability, and accountability within a comprehensive analytical proprietary toolbox.
  • Gish Consulting Trust to compel economic returns to its clients by accelerating performance improvements in EBITDA, cash flow, growth, market penetration through operations excellence, strategic procurement, and logistics.
  • Gish Marketing Trust to promote client acquisition, proprietary branding, advertising, digital marketing optimization and positioning.
  • Gish Private Equity Trust to employ deal generation, due diligence, value creation, exit planning, firm and sector strategies, and institutional strategies.
  • Gish Commercial Acquisition Trust to acquire nationwide ESG friendly real estate opportunities for REIT merger integration and structuring.
All subsidiary trusts work both independently and comprehensively to create a cohesive toolbox of performance enhancement, financial restructuring, and corporate innovation in both market penetration and positioning.
